Who we are
Billows represents a rising wave — a powerful force that swells, lifts, and carries momentum. At Black Billows, we embrace that symbolism. We exist to help minority brands rise, expand, and climb to their highest potential, fueling a movement of excellence, ownership, and elevation.
Our spotlight shines brightly on businesses in the cigars and spirits, hospitality, culture and community, but our commitment goes far beyond. We champion all minority-owned businesses, from startups to seasoned enterprises, by offering them a platform that celebrates their vision and amplifies their voice.
